Agelbert COMMENT: According to the most important study Dr. Robert Baron 👍 mentioned, if you are over 60 and have a BP less or equal to 150/90, you DO NOT NEED blood pressure lowering medications. I fully agree.

Don't take blood pressure medication if you do not need to. It can do more harm than good if you are above 60 years of age.
