You can speculate that might be true, but evidence doesn't bear that out.

While there are numerous video examples of White on Black egregious Police behavior out there on You Tube, there are none I know of of egregious White on White or Black on White egregious behaviors. Given the White population is much larger, statistically speaking there should be more examples of this.

Ashvin, if the "law" is on the side of your assumptions, then you need to go back and review Mens Rea in regard to INTENT in criminal law as well as Tacitus:
