Why am I not surprised? Probably for the same reason I am not surprised that, as per another pertinent article you just posted, despite unending gushers of red ink from the frackers since 2014 (at least), those Hydrocarbon Hellspawn beloved and Welfare Queen babied by the OIL-igarchy that runs the USA continue to have access to a Federal Reserve Funds WINDOW that provides millions and millions of dollars in loans at interest rates you and I will never be privy to (unless we are buying a gas guzzler, of course). 

I am also not surprised by the Hosting 2020 Debate on Climate Crisis "Not Practical" statement by the DNC Chair for the same reason (see below).

"Hydrocarbon Hellspawn" is a perfectly apt epithet, BTW.

None of this should surprise anyone scoring at home. Ever since the National Security State got eh USA PATRIOT Act on the books, language can be stretched to redefine "terrorism" to be whatever the USMIC wants it to be. Very convenient.

As to the democrats, the Ds have turned their back on their base (as a party of the people) and the people have returned the favor. Don't know how many replays of 2016 we need to get the point that when turnout is large, Ds win. The DNC is giving large numbers of people plenty of reason to stay home.

That's about the size of it. In view of the following overview of present global shipping activity, it is rather difficult to see the stranglehold that the OIL-igarchy has on the world being overcome any time soon:


Please feel free to pass on that epithet hither and yon. If it goes viral, the Hydrocarbon Hellspawn will lose billions of dollars of their ill gotten profits.
