If you want to have some fun with Ashvin, ask him about why the American Bar Association never tried to reverse the blatantly unconstitutional treatment in court by a US Attorney general of the Secret Service Agent that was framed by the US Government. His name is Abraham Bolden. He was the first black SS agent and was chosen by JFK himself. He is a Christian. He is STILL trying to get legal help. The precedent set by his case is being used TO THIS DAY by the U.S. Government to DENY discovery for attorneys defending people being tried by the US Government. This is unconstitutional but nobody has done ANYTHING about it.  "Day in court', MY ARSE!

Ashvin knows much less about the law than he claims. When I needed his help, it was "not his area of expertise".    But when he wanted to defend criminal activity by cops he went for my jugular.

That is not just pride, it's stupidity. Nobody is going to recommend he be "disbarred" (such hyperbole is pathetic) for a comment defending a women in distress in a forum.

And his willful ignorance of the police racism is an insult to anybody's intelligence. Had he not been so intent on humiliating me, he could have done a little research and found that, in Indiana, there IS a "stand your ground law" that makes it LAWFUL for a citizen to PHYSICALLY defend himself from assault by a police officer. But Ashvin would not even entertain the benefit of the doubt. That's being stubborn like a mule, not showing intelligence, ability, experience or knowledge.

And then Surly, knowing I don't voice my opinions based on hot air or an injured ego from my court experience, nevertheless sided with Ashvin in the irrational defense of unconstitutional cop fascist behavior based on this "latitude"  for cops in courts (that SHOULD be questioned by lawyers on the basis that it IS unconstitutional}.

Ashvin's, mealy mouthed, "I don't agree with it but that's the law" is more empty rhetoric (see his reaction two and half years ago to my criticism of Nicole Foss's "real world" and the fracking I described as an obscenity). His vociferous defense of police aggression is evidence of Calvinist Stuffed Shirtism that defends authority no matter how immoral, as you surmised by labeling him Il Duce.

Surly is the one on the crack pipe because he has cops in the family. Ashvin, who can argue the fur of a grizzly bear, refused to even breach the possibility that the police behavior is fascist, unlawful despite having the COLOR of law (see definition of color of law!) and should be tested in court.

I won't waste my time with a statist, whether he is a Christian or not.

If  Ashvin still won't agree that we have a fascist government, the "day in court" is a polite fiction and claiming otherwise is defending fascism, here's a real fast ball pitch to him that he will NOT be able to handle. 

Ashvin says he is a Christian Fundamentalist.

J.C. said THIS in the Bible about Noah and the ark (quote after the following explanation).  IF Ashvin believes, as modern science does, that the flood accounts in different civilizations are LOCAL, not worldwide, he cannot call himself a Christian.

WHY? Because, IF the flood had been LOCAL, God would not have had Noah putting birds and land animals in an ark because they would be replenished somewhere else that didn't get flooded. That means the flood HAD to have been worldwide.

If Ashvin agrees the flood was world wide, all well and good. BUT, if he claims it was local, he is calling J.C. a LIAR.

And if Ashvin doesn't believe that J.C. KNEW exactly what happened in Noah's time or he comes up with some side stepping rhetoric about J.C. just using that as a metaphor to explain His Return, you can really back Ashvin in to a corner.      If J.C. is God, he KNEW if the flood was local or worldwide, PERIOD.

Luke 17: 26 And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: 27they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Mathew 24:  37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away.

I am sick and tired of dealing with logic challenged prima donnas. If they want to come here where I can put the ADMIN arm on them, fine.
