theatlantic.com - Americans Hate One Another. Impeachment Isn’t Helping.

Read more Doomstead Diner Daily 11/3/19

You know, it is getting easier and easier to translate Trumpspeak. That grifter is now locked into psychological projection mode.

🦀 Trump is an affront to the people of Mississippi (in addition to just about every other principled human AND every other non-extremophile living thing on planet Earth).

That said, the extremophiles, if they were self-aware, would certainly be cheering that biosphere destroying bastard on.

Tardigrades for Trump!

As to the NYT propaganda piece signaling the election year ramp up of the "Americans will only elect a centrist" pearl clutching baloney, Pelosi has been on that particular (CAPITALIST) warpath against what the overwhelming majority of the American public wants, as the polls PROVE, for a while now.

Pelosi was noisily pushing this crap yesterday, echoing the NYT (I've always suspected they coordinate these things so the repetition of bold faced bullshit from different sources provides a patina of "truth"   ).

And yeah, Americans WANT Medicare for all and EXPANDED Social Security and a REAL WORLD cost of living computation (and so on). Pelosi and the NYT DO NOT WANT THAT. That is why Pelosi just spewed the laughably ridiculous BULLSHIT that "Left wing programs will lose votes in the  heartland states". She added some straw grasping pseudo-intellectual CRAP about "We need to win the electoral college", as if the electoral college "could not be won" by Sanders OR Warren if they "insist" on "unpopular SOCIALIST left wing" programs .

"This is a brazen distortion of reality, a shameless and demonstrable lie that is repeated day after day in newspaper op-eds and cable news headlines." - Mehdi Hasan of The Intercept

😈 Pelosi, along with the 😈 NYT (and many other mainstream propaganda outlets that will join in the 😈 CAPITALIST LIE A MINUTE perception management election year bandwagon), has begun the "we 😈 CAPITALISTS don't want no expansion of social programs here" herding process BIG TIME.

The article from The Atlantic is, though not apparent from its claim of "concern" for the lack of unity among the American populace due to the Impeachment Hearings, is part of the same craven effort to defend a corrupt CAPITALIST status quo destroying our government and our environment. 🤬

YEAH, when a fellow American supports a grifter POTUS that is trying to rob, cheat and kill you, it is customary to not be real happy about that. I am sick to death of these clever bastards coming up with new and better ways to tell everyone that steamroller going over them is "no big deal".

NEWS FLASH for EMMA GREEN of The Atlantic: There will BE NO COUNTRY for pundits to voice "disunity" pearl clutching pseudo-liberal concerns about if Trump is not Impeached. Kumbaya support groups to "foster community and get Americans to stop hating each other" will not do ZIP to stop TRUMP'S HATE FUELING 24/7 RAMPAGE! Suspicions of the other side by the Republicans are CONSISTENTLY based on LIES. Suspicions of the other side by Democrats have ALWAYS been based on PROOF of Corruption by Republicans and are now MORE WARRANTED THAN EVER!

Expect an AVALANCHE of this Orwellian punditry until Trump or some "centrist" (i.e. right wing fascist sporting the Democratic Party Label) "wins" the election in 2020.

It is going to be a LONG YEAR. Sanders 👍, who is NOT a Socialist in any true sense of the word, is the CLOSEST to the CENTER of anyone running for POTUS right now, though you will never hear that irrefutable truth uttered anywhere but by Thom Hartmann, places like The Intercept and, of course, by left wing librul crazies like me.
