Agelbert NOTE: This is the syllabus for Daniel Sheehan's UCSC course titled "The Trajectory of Justice in America: 2019". It covers a series of heinous events in American History that you may have never heard about, but which you need to know about, particulary now (this is not an idle academic exercise - your life and that of your offspring depend on obtaining this knowledge and using it effectively).

You will learn of the mindboggling level of corruption in U.S. government that consistently causes it to plan, execute and defend totally undemocratic, unethical, polluting and murderous policies that now threaten our very survival as a species. This is not hyperbole.

It may come as a surprise for you, but this 5 credit hour course makes the case that the MAIN reason that Donald Trump must be impeached AND removed from the White House is his ecocidal, polluter defending policies.

The Democrats are not given any praise here either. Hillary Clinton's policy plans for dealing with climate change were, like Obama's, in the right direction, but still inadequate to avoid Catastrophic Climate Change.

I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is a 5 credit spring quarter class providing undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to become experts on the specifics of the science and U.S. politics of climate change, the ongoing process of the potential impeachment of Donald J. Trump, and the Standing Rock Movement against the Dakota Access pipeline, with special emphasis on the role of private military security company Tiger Swan and the legal defense of former congressional candidate and Standing Rock tribal member Chase Iron Eyes.
