John Knox, 84. He was a fire marshal in New York, and founded the FDNY union. Although Knox was retired on September 11, 2001, he rushed to Ground Zero anyway that day to assist first responders at the Towers.
Vittorio Gregotti, 92. The renowned Italian architect designed many public works of art including Barcelona’s Olympic Stadium.
Grace Fusco, 73, Rita Fusco- Jackson, 55, Carmine Fusco, Vincent Fusco: 2 generations of the same New Jersey family.
Larry Edgeworth, 61. He worked in production for NBC News for more than 25 years.
Dr. Steven Schwartz. He was a professor at the University of Washington.
